🚚 Shipping

Where do you ship to?
Right now, we ship to New Zealand and Australia. We’re working on expanding internationally soon—watch this space!

How much is shipping?

  • New Zealand: Flat rate of $9.99 (FREE on orders over $99!)
  • Australia: $19.99 flat rate (also FREE on orders over $99!)

What shipping company do you use?
We use NZ Couriers, a trusted and reliable service to get your KHODI gear to your door safely and fast.

What kind of packaging do you use?
We care about the planet, so your order comes in recyclable shipping bags. Inside, your product is neatly wrapped in simple, no-fuss packaging—less waste, more love.

🛒 Ordering

How do I place an order?
Easy as!

  1. Click on the item you love.
  2. Scroll down and hit “Add to Cart.”
  3. Tap the cart icon (top right corner) to view your items.
  4. Hit “Checkout,” fill in your details, choose your payment method, and you’re all set!

How do I know my order went through?
You’ll get an order confirmation email straight after you check out. Once your order ships, we’ll send you another email with your tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order’s placed, it gets processed quickly, so we can’t guarantee cancellations. BUT if you’ve made a mistake or want to swap something out, flick us an email at hello@khodi.co.nz and we’ll do our best to sort it for you.

👕 Product Info & Sizing

Are the products true to the pictures?
Yes! Our product photos are taken to reflect the real look and feel of our gear. Keep in mind, colours might vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Why do some tees feel different, even in the same size?

Our tees come in a mix of fits — oversized, fitted, and standard — and use different cotton types and fabric weights which are chosen to suit different seasons and vibes. So while you’ll most likely wear the same size across styles, the way it fits and feels can vary.

That means:

  • A fitted tee will feel more snug
  • An oversized one will feel more relaxed and roomy
  • A standard fit will sit somewhere in between

For example:
If you’re eyeing a fitted style but prefer a bit more breathing room, you might want to go up a size for a looser feel. If you’re going for an oversized style but want a more standard fit or something not as baggy, consider sizing down.

Depending on how you like to wear your tees, you might choose to size up or down to get your ideal fit. We include all the fit notes, sizing charts, and GSM info to help you choose with confidence.

I ordered a Medium but they all fit differently – help!

We hear you! Because our tees come in a mix of styles — oversized, fitted, drop shoulder, and standard — the same size can feel different depending on the cut and fabric.

Before ordering, we recommend checking the product description for details like:

  • Fit type (Oversized, Fitted, etc.)
  • GSM (fabric weight or thickness)
  • Model sizing (so you can compare to your own build)
  • Key features and how it’s meant to fit

We also include photos and videos to help you get a better idea of how each tee fits on different body types. Still unsure? Flick us a message — we’re here to help find the right fit for you.

What are your main t-shirt styles?
We keep it simple with styles that suit all body types and vibes:

  • Oversized
  • Fitted
  • Drop Shoulder

💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • All major credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Buy Now, Pay Later options: Afterpay, Zip, Shop Pay

When is payment taken?
Your payment is processed right away at checkout.

Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. Your details are safely stored in our system and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never share your info—promise!

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes! If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you. You can return or exchange any item, as long as:

  • It’s unworn, in original packaging, and
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving it.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Simple:

  1. Fill out our Returns/Exchange Form , or
  2. Email us at hello@khodi.co.nz with your order number and what you'd like to swap/return.

What if I received the wrong item, size, or something damaged?
So sorry about that! Please:

  1. Snap a photo of the item
  2. Email it to us with your order number
    We’ll get a replacement sorted right away. You can also refer to our full Returns & Exchange Policy.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we’ve received your return:

  • Exchanges or refunds are processed within 24 hours
  • Full process can take 5–7 days including shipping
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method and are done in the same currency.

Are your products sustainable?
We're proud to be on the slow fashion journey. Here’s what we’re doing so far:

We’re not perfect, but we’re making conscious steps forward every season.

Where are your products made?
Currently, most of our production is in China, where we’ve built relationships with small-scale manufacturers. We’re also exploring new, ethical suppliers globally to do even better.

How do I leave a review?

We love hearing what you think — your reviews mean a lot to us!

You’ll get an email a few days after your purchase with a link to leave a review. Or, if you’d rather do it sooner, just head to the product page of the item you bought, scroll to the bottom, and click “Leave a Review.”

Do you have a physical store?
Nope—online only at the moment! But we’re always here to help virtually.

Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet. We currently only ship to NZ & Australia. We’re working on expanding our shipping zones soon—stay tuned!

How do I use a discount code?
Easy! At checkout, there’ll be a box that says “Discount Code” – just pop your code in there and the discount will be applied before payment.
