We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item and get a refund. We do not do cash or gift card refunds or exchanges.

We're all about making returns as easy as a breeze for you. Here’s the lowdown to ensure everything goes smoothly:
Keep it Just Like You Got It: We love it when items come back just as they left - pristine and ready to make someone else happy. If the original packaging has taken a hit or the tags have gone on an adventure of their own, we might have to say a heartfelt no to the return.
Packaging Love: Let's keep the packaging looking sharp! Slapping the return label directly on, say, a shoe box, is a no-go for us. We're all about keeping things in tip-top shape so they can find a new home in no time.

Conditions for exchanges and refunds
As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 14 days. Please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods tags are still attached (if any)
- The Goods are unwashed and unworn
- The Goods must be in resalable condition
- Provide your receipt for proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned if:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned (refer to the criteria above).
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- On sale items We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
We offer free returns for New Zealand customers. This means that if you need to return an item, you simply fill out a returns form, and we will organize the shipping back at no cost to you. You can find the return form here - Return Item Form. Please note that we do not refund the freight cost for returned items.
Faulty items
Follow the return process; we'll inspect and organise an exchange for the exact item or refund within two working days.
