Orders and Shipping
We at KHODI Limited aim to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 days for Us to process your order excluding weekends and public holidays. Please make sure you put the correct information where you would like us to send your order. KHODI Limited will send orders to the location You have entered as is and is not responsible if the information given is incorrect.
Shipping in New Zealand
New Zealand shipment generally takes 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. For rural deliveries please allow an extra 2 days. Any orders placed over the weekend will dispatch the next working day.
International Shipping
Shipping outside of New Zealand is subject to time depending on the location we are shipping your order too. For international shipping please allow 7-14 working days (depending on location) to receive your order. Purchases may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. This is out of our control. This varies from country to country. For further information you will have to contact customs in your country.
Tracking your parcel
Do not worry, you will be able to track and trace your order in transit. You will receive an email of your order once you have completed your purchase in your cart. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched along with a track and trace number.
Currency and conversion rates
Conversion rates may apply due to currency. All costs are calculated at the checkout depending on your location.
